What can we say about Pastor Paul?

It could be said that the early wanderings of his family were due to
many factors, but Pastor Paul has narrowed it down to a few. It seems
that shortly after his brother was born, the family had to leave New
York. After another brother was born in Milwaukee, another move was
necessitated. It happened again in Florida. Shortly after a sister
was born (and a major hurricane), the family was once again on the
move. Pastor has a theory about this, but will keep it to himself.
There were two short interludes in Texas and Pennsylvania -
without the birth of siblings - so Pastor Paul has to question his
theory about why they left those other states. The family grew up in
the Sooner state (and that's where Pastor Paul calls his childhood
home, should anyone be looking to put a library or roadside marker up
in his name.) He also graduated from high school (which has been torn
down and rebuilt) and college (which changed its name) in Oklahoma.
Pastor Paul graduated from LSTC (Lutheran School of Theology in
Chicago) in 1979 and since it hasn't changed its name or location,
things seem to be turning around for him at last. Smartest thing he
ever did in seminary was get married to Laura - who has kept him more
or less in line since 1977.
They interned in Cheyenne, WY and has served IL churches in
Country Club Hills, Moline and Rockford. Pekin has kept him on since
1989 (so things must have finally come together!) Laura and Paul have
one son, Doug, living with them. Their other son got real smart, got
college graduated and hitched to a marvelously talented and beautiful
young lady named Katy. She is minding the home fires while 1st Lt.
David is proudly serving with the 1st Army in Iraq.
Pastor Paul can hardly believe that any place has allowed him to
stay this long. Maybe he will have to revise his past theories?
Pastor Paul can't imagine living or serving anywhere else.
